Built in deerstalker

It is no fun at all if you cant find the survivors on the floor anymore and have to let them bleed out.
Usually survivors agree with me that bleeding out is really boring.

So can we just built in deerstalker?

No. How about you actually keep track of the survivors or hook them?

You have no tools to keep track of them.
And since they introduced tons of stealth cosmetics you hardly see them on the ground anymore.

Good luck finding a survivor again you slugged first on swamp

I don’t want everything handed out to me when I am playing survivor or killer. The only built in mechanic that would make sense is blood warden.

You'll get a "loud noise" notification after survivor has been on the ground to long and about to bleed out

You only get that if the survivor is afk and is not moving

Actually survivors don't even have to move as long as they hold down the recover button (even once it maxes out).

Then why build in deerstalker? You'll take away a chance to find a hatch from survivor. If you wanna be able to find them after sluging take the perk in a perk slot. Might as well build in whispers, stridor, bloodhound, spies from the shadows, knock out, madness effect etc

Just use bbq and make sure you hook them far away from the zone the slugged guy could be in...

You know your ears exist.... or maybe you are deaf. Also they are leaving pools of blood behind. AND if you decide to slug every match somehow use the freakin perk

I will just sit on hatch as killer and wait for the survivor to come to me.
Basically its a 2 minute waiting game

Or you could just run deerstalker and not have the problem

@lyric Is right. Just run deer stalker if that is what you need to keep track of survivors. It does not sound like a game issue that sound like a player who chose the wrong perk for their playstyle issue.

I dont want to hear any survivors to complain about bleeding out then.

Fine, thread can be closed

You want built in Deerstalker? Then play Doctor or Freddy and call it a day.

So to answer your question, no, you can't have built-in Deerstalker. Either get good at tracking down people you've slugged, run the perk, or stop slugging people.

You have to predict where they will crawl too, similar to guessing where the hatch would spawn. You can hear them on the floor too..

I don’t want everything handed out to me when I am playing survivor or killer. The only built in mechanic that would make sense is blood warden.

Built in blood warden doesn't make any more sense then built in deerstalker. Actually, I would argue that it makes even less sense. You can see your hooked survivor's auras. So can survivors. Survivors can see other's survivors aura if they are in the dying state. It's not much of a stretch for killers to be able to as well. I don't feel that this is especially necessary. But to say that blood warden should be a built in mechanic for killers while deerstalker shouldn't is a poor argument.

  • My god the OP mist be deaf. All i do is look in the general area thry went down in and you will hear their moans of pain....unless they have iron will, then RIP.

Blood warden will change the end game. It will help force survivors to hurry up and leave instead of just standing around. If a survivor is caught and hooked then the exit gates will be blocked off until this person is either save or die off the hook.

Deer stalker as a mechanic will just be feeding you information Instead of

    A. Hooking tbe survivor right away
    B. Try to listen for the survivor that you left
    C. Looking for their blood trail

And this will only be fun for one side

So there is a difference with the two. Everyone knows that once the exit gate is open it is basically over for the killer unless the survivors want to play around with the killer which almost every player do not like. Blood warden as a built in mechanic will intensify the ending of the game.

Should I leave or wait until every survivor make it out?

    Built in deerstalker

You can get this by equipping the perk...
It'll then be built into your perk deck ;33

    And by the way.
    Ugh...

There's lots of perks besides deerstalker that help with this too. Whispers and Stridor are both good perks that also help with locating survivors who have been slugged. Bloodhound and/or sloppy butcher can make it easier to find them too. Someone already recommended BBQ&Chilli. On top of that, take note of where you drop them (which goes without saying anyway).

Hi, Jake main here. I will have you know that Iron Will only stops groans of pain in the injured state. Once you're downed you start grunting again at full volume. The only perk that makes grunts quieter while downed is No Mither.
