Bad Perk University
I'm starting a new series of posts called "Bad Perk University", heavily inspired by the "Bad Weapon Academy" Youtube series by FishStickOnAStick - Gaming, a series of videos where he talks about bad unlockable weapons in TF2 and showcases strategies to make the most out of them, as well as discussing things that can be done to make the weapon better. I figured that would be a great thing to do with some of the Perks in Dead by Daylight. We all know there's no shortage of them. My plan is to make a post about a perk, talk about what makes it a bad or underwhelming perk, explain a strategy that makes the perk useful, and then finally talk about some things that can be done to make the perk better. For now, here's a comprehensive list of every perk in the game that I will eventually cover.
Please let me know what you think.

Pretty solid overall but the problem is, some killer perks are pretty damn good on other killers. Distressing for example is really good on Doctor who relies on a big terror radius. Also about Deathbound, have you tried combining it with Coulrophobia on Oni? You basically get to prevent survivors from healing in or out of your terror radius

See, you get the idea. The intent is to find a practical or at least feasible use of some of the "bad" perks. I personally think there isn't a single perk that can't be used in some way, but you really have to stretch some builds.
