Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I'm playing on PC and when I finished the challenge by hooking 3 survivors on the basement with the perk equipped it doesn't check as completed. I've tried this about 5 times and alas it keeps saying I failed the challenge.
