Can we fix the bugs already

Dunno about anyone else. Kinda getting tired of the vault bugs. Safely vault a window and still take a hit as i'm already running away. Same thing with pallets. Actually vaulted a pallet and was standing on the other side when i got grabbed and dragged completely back across. Yesterday while in the lerys map i jumped down and the was about two feet below the killer and still got hit from above.

They need to fix this crap.
