Perk unlocking
I'm a survivor main and I have ~250 hours in this game. In the survivor faction I have some decent perks unlocked, but on the killer side I got around 9 teachables unlocked. I have many killers in really low level and with all those odds I'm a rank 6 killer. The problem I'm facing is that most of the survivors I go against all have a wide variety of perks and all of their loadout includes perks at tier 3, whereas I can't have that. I've had people complaining I run NOED on some killers then proceed to tell me "StBfL, Ruin or Corrupt are good on (killer name)". Well, that's okay but I don't really have ANY of those perks?? How am I supposed to play against people with 1k hours and all of the teachables with what I have?

You grind, that's how. Welcome to Dead by Daylight. Grind for xp, buy Plague, grind for blood to get those perks after they are unlocked. Grinding the bloodweb is not that hard, it takes about a day of intensive play to get from level 1 to level 50. At level 50 you get 4 different perks, 2 of which you can take (the other 2 get eaten by the entity).

Welcome to DbD, where the main way of getting items and perks is incredibly outdated and made for a time where there were around 50 perks.
You just have to grind. Get Bubba if you don't have him, soley for BBQ & Chili. The Dev's apparently "know" how terrible the grind is, and are "looking" at it.

Okay but how many matches a day are you really talking about? Cuz if I spend all of my BP I win in a day into 1 character I'd probably just level them up to like lvl 30 ( I play around 15 matches now on vacation)

The problem is slightly big shouldn't they be putting all of their efforts into fixing it? Many people I've recomended this game to don't like it from the moment I mention the gigantic amount of DLC and the Battle pass

They should be, yes. I'd say the immense amount of grind is one of the games biggest issues - but they have other things on their mind. The map reworks and new chapters seem to be their focus, and is probably being forced by some higher up in the company. Map reworks and new chapters get more attention.

You literally just grind for BP and eventually you'll get there, that's it... that's how it is for everyone, I'm a rank 13 killer literally pretty much playing perkless, sometimes I get a 3k sometimes I get nothing, we just have to keep playing to farm BP's and level up our characters...
That's one of the most ''fair matches'' that I've had so far, most of the times I go against mostly red ranks..

That isn't really a reason to not like it. Unlike other games this game does not force you to buy the battlepass to feel like you have a fighting chance. The issue I could see is some killers are definitely better than others and some have really good perks. My answer to that if you don't want to spend money is shrine. If anything, I'd say the most offputting thing is the grind like you've mentioned. I have over 2,000 hours sinked in and still only have 5 characters on survivor prestige 3 and 1 killer. Only 1 of those survivors has almost all the perks and the 1 killer has all the old perks as of (I think) Stranger Things Chapter. There is way too many perks in this game now for either side even after the 4 perks per bloodweb.
