Moris Bugged - No Option to Activate

Description: I tried using the mori offerings on three separate occasions, and when the survivors were on their last hook/had made it to the struggle phase and I'd caught them again, the mori indicator did not appear and I could not activate it.

Reproduce: I was consistently encountering this issue every time I brought a mori offering.

How often: Every time I brought a mori.

    Are you still having this issue as I've seen no other reports from people and have successfully been mori'd in the last few days without any visible issue?

    honestly, I stopped using Mori's because I forget they even exist
