player hooked themselves into the air and was messing with my killer

this player modstargames kept hooking themselves and normal stating instantly and would be invisible when in normal state. he would actively stop my movements and even crashed the game for a minute for everyone. I started to record the incident and I have a video of this but idk how to upload it.

I had a player do the same thing. Best bet is to go here https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us and submit a ticket. They are hacking.
