Thoughts on Deep Wound status buff?
Also anyone who plays Legion and Deathslinger who inflict Deep Wound consistently and Borrowed Time users, what do y'all think about the change? Yea or nay?

Makes it so I can't open the exit gate while suffering from DW.

Kinda a net nerf. Frank's Mixtape will still suck and so will Stab Wound Study. Plus, you can't get free downs with Doc's Tier III Madness.
It doesn't really matter how long the time is if it's paused while running.

Yay. deep wound was never an issue. It was literaly something you could ignore and then fix almost immedietly when you remembered

It will make absolutelly no difference at all. Even if it was 10 seconds DW will never down a survivor cause the moment he starts mending or is running the timer stops (unless the survivor is afflicted by madness 3)

The duration being shorter is good as it forces survivors to have to mend sooner instead of finishing a different task and then mending. 20 seconds is still long enough (you can still heal someone else and then mend) that I don't think the change will be that impactful, but part of the reason they can't make it shorter is because of madness.

So now every time a survivor is in tier 3 with dw he'll go down no matter what?

DW timer could be cut to 5 seconds and it wouldn't make a difference because survivors can run

Snapping out of it takes 12 seconds.

No. 20 seconds is how long you have to mend with current T3 Borrowed Time. Snapping out takes 12 seconds so you have 8 seconds of wiggle room.

What about if the survivor has this new DW timer and Doctor's tier 3 of Madness at the same time? If the Doctor prevents the action once when survivor is trying to break it from t3 to t1, the survivor probably get downed by ending of the DW timer, I suppose....

Yes, but if you get chased the timer goes down while during an animation (vaulting etc.)
I can see that becoming a potential issue, but we won't get key bindings for separate actions after 4 years.

Honestly, I feel like Deep Wounds should've been a Status Effect that was only applied from killers like Legion and Deathslinger. Survivors having a perk or item that allows them the ability to take a 3rd hit with no consequences other than "Hold button for 12 seconds" is kinda an issue.
The whole running will not cause the Deep Wound Timer to go down when outside of Chase or Killer's Terror Radius was a dumb change as it's a Low risk, High reward.

I think we will see a LOT more Legion between this change and the Iron Maiden one.
