Lore Idea : I searched for it and don't really understand the background of this killer. So, I guess I can't provide a Lore Idea for this one :)


Power :

Passive : Torment

The Man's goals is to make his victims to suffer before kill them in the end. Whenever The Man is in chase of the survivor and still in chase until the Bloodhound I appear, the survivor will start to feel terrified, suffering a minus 5% of their speed on doing things (vault, locker, etc). The survivor will not be able to work on anything as long as Torment applies. Torment's effect will disappear 5 seconds starts from when the survivor not being in chase. Torment only applies on the first survivor The Man chase.

Active : Crossbow

The Man's skill in crossbow is unquestionable. The Man can use his crossbow to shoot poisoned darts. When hits, the survivor will apply the Broken status for 60 seconds. Survivor can pluck out the dart alone for a longer 15 seconds or ask for help from other survivor which only takes 10 seconds to remove the dart. If the dart stay until the end, the survivor will immediately put into Dying State and still in Broken status effect. The Man needs to reload his darts inside the Locker. Darts maxed at 3 darts.

Perks :

Vandalism

You have a hobby on destroying things.

Grants you the ability to destroy unused pallets. You can also destroy lockers. Lockers limited to 1/2/3 lockers. Vandalism has a cooldown of 90/80/70 seconds. Also, whenever you damage a generator which only has 5/10/15% of progress, it will break and regress to 0%. You can only apply 1 effect of Vandalism at a time.


Scheming Act

You are a sly sneaker, trying to ambush your target.

As long as you are remain unseen, your aura can't be detected by any perks. You also gain 6/8/10% movement speed for as long as you remain unseen. This effect persist for 2/3/4 seconds after you are seen by survivors. Scheming Act will go on cooldown (30/25/20 seconds) if you are blinded/burned.

Sole Target

You make your target the only one when they already piss you off.

Whenever you are stunned/burnt/blinded while in chase with a sole survivor, you burn in rage. As long as you are in chase with the designated survivor, you gain 6/8/10% bonus speed on your actions and 50% decreased cooldown on missed basic attack. Time for increasing Bloodhound is decreased by 30/40/50%. Sole Target's effect persist for as long as the chase lasts.
