How many games do you see an object in a swf let alone it actually become a game changer for you huh? 1 in 50?

My point is there are perks which are far more desperately in need of looking at and changes than OoO which only has detrimental effects in limited situations.

I don't think the devs are lying about their numbers. OoO is hard to use and it has major downsides even in SWF. It's also luck-based since its strength is pretty map and killer dependent. It's ceiling is insanely high so I wouldn't disagree with a nerf, but in practice it seldom gets run, and even when it does get run it's usually not used very well.

You can't deny that OoO is overall a crazy strong perk (even stronger in a SWF),that hurts a lot of killers in the game.
It is also very annoying and frustrating to go against.It definetely needs to be changed rather sooner than later.
Also,we had perks like dying light that were changed due to the unhealthy and frustrating gameplay this perk encouraged.

You can't reason with people that can't comprehend that OoO is a broken perk. They think just because not every game is vs a sweatlord SWF, that the perk is fine. Don't waste your energy. A large portion of the community doesn't care that some things in the game are broken in the hands of good players as long as it is fine in the hands of average players.

That's a good point with dying light.
Look i do think it needs to be changed it just annoys me that people will jump to all sorts of "ahhh games survivor sided" conclusions just because they didnt get the exact changes they wanted. It's like how people try to compare ds with undying and say they are on the "same level" when quite clearly undying has a much greater effect on ur average game than ds.
