Power struggle working more than 1 time bug/hack/Am I missing something?
Title. Last match a console player (that's why I think I'm missing something) just used power struggle 2 times during match, did it get a buff?

Power Struggle always had infinite uses and it's intended. My question is how the hell did he get it off twice? I can't even get Power Struggle to work one time.

Yes it can be used more than 1 time per match. I have no idea if it's intended or not. But a killer let themselves get hit with powerstruggle by the same player twice. Think about that for a second.

Power Struggle works as long as you meet the requirements (25% struggle). Working as intended.
Unbreakable + Flipflop + Tenacity
You can get it to work reliably this way as long as the killer is the type that likes to slug you then leave you on the ground for a bit while they clean up the surrounding area.
But if the killer is the type who auto-pickups on down you just wasted 3 perk slots (Unbreakable may still come into play if you're third to die)

I have a power struggle with flipflop build i can never get it off, always like a 1 second delay from pick up. drops the pallet and it hits nothing =/

Yeah but in the PTB said that it deactivates when used (the wiki says it too), so I figured it would work one time only

No it deactivates when used, but it activates when you are at 25% struggle.

Still, eating it twice from the same guy is absurd, Power Struggle needs the Killer going through a pallet, eating it once is ok (especially against a dedicated build) eating it twice from the same Survivor... I mean you know he has it and you know you cant get close a pallet. Its worse than falling twice for Deception.

Well VSchmitt obviously thought it only worked once, so he thought it was okay.
Still.... you practically have to go out of your way to get hit by it even once. Let alone twice.

I see... Well, sucks to be a Oni player, now I'll have to leave the perk owner just bleed to death (if he's the first downed in blood fury) I guess =/
Yeah, it's efective against a slug build (or, in my case, Oni) since you have more time than you need to go to a pallet (with tenacity) but most of the time I try to use it I get immediately picked up.

The only bug with it is that the developers have said it is not supposed to work with flip flop and you've supposed to only use it after actually wiggling that amount.

Really? That's really dumb, for real, 'cause you'll either struggle off or the killer will never cross a pallet after X seconds... I actually find this perk funny.

Not every perk is supposed to be completely like meta build and able to be paired with certain perks to give it 0 counterplay, but that's my only argument to that. I've personally gotten it to work with out ever using it with flip flop or both tenacity and flip flop.

Flip Flop + Power Struggle isn't even Meta. I have seen ZERO people run it in my games other than myself.
Power Struggle is a perk that requires you to devote your entire build to it. And it only works if you have all four perks. If one of them is missing none of it works. It isn't anywhere close to the meta because it is extremely situational and hard to get off without devoting your entire build to it. That's a huge sacrifice for something that will only even work once, if even that. There is no reason to run it over something like DS.
Power Struggle without Flip Flop would be on the level of Monstrous Shrine or Territorial Imperative. Actually not even those, at least those could conceivably have an effect on the game.
What killer passes by palettes in this game while carrying a survivor? None except the absolute newbs who don't know what they're doing. Power Struggle will never trigger without Flip Flop. I don't know how you did it except you were probably fighting against newb killers.

I believe it was originally intended to be a one time use perk. However even in the PTB it was bugged and had infinite uses. So I they've buffed it from PTB so it's officially no longer a one time use and therefore no longer 'bugged', to answer your question.

it was a known bug in the ptb patch notes for Chapter 18, you can go look. It sucks, but I think they realized that even though you'd dedicate all your perks to it, it wouldn't be any better than DS + Unbreakable or at the least they feared it would be no better.
