Speed limiter add on for nurse

Nurse should get an add on that reduces her to only one blink, but she gets 100% more bloodpoints for lethal blinks

    Simple. And worth it. I guess you couldn't be able to use blink adders with this right?

    we already saw the 'trump all other addons" mechanic; so yeah seems cool !
