Survivor movement bugging as though being carried

I’ve had several issues lately where as a fully healthy survivor with no killer nearby, I will begin floating as though on the killers shoulder being carried. Sometimes also will be on the ground as if slugged but with normal movement speeds (running/walking). I have tried attaching a video of one of these occasions but it would not allow me to. On this same occasion, the bug happened while I was in a locker and trapped me in there unable to leave but also able to see my character model from the inside.
This is on PS4 and has happened on Coldwind and Lerys so doesn’t seem map dependent but has been happening more often lately.
