In challanges registrating basement kills

I am recently started doing the old rift challanges and I have encounterd a bug when the challanges have to do something with basement hooks or kills. I have been doing a quest where I had to hook 5 survivors in the basement in one match and I have completed it twice first I was not sure but second I was counting adn I had 6 basement hooks while using the perk agitation, but at the end of the game the challange was not done. I am playing on ps4 and im not sure it is just a ps4 bug or on all platform but I would like to have this bug fixed as soon as possible, because I can not get the charm and I would like.
