Show Hook/Chase Status on UI

On the new UI, I think it'd be really useful on both ends to make it apparent which survivor(s) are being chased, and how many hooks each survivor has until death. For an example of how both changes can help both sides:

Randoms might do gens in the killer's terror radius better if they know someone else is being chased.

Knowing who is dying on the next hook could allow an altruistic, healthy survivor to run in and take a hit or even a down to help keep a teammate in the match.

For killers, if there's multiple Clau- I mean of the same survivor it'd be much easier to know which Clau- I mean survivor you're chasing, and know which Blen- I mean survivor is on death hook.

It'd just be overall appreciated, and since it's a simple change I don't see why it wouldn't be addable.
