Protect Forever Challenge not completing, and menu locked.

Playing on PS4.
In Tome II, the Protect Forever challenge isn't clearing for me. I've had 4 tokens in "We're Gonna Live Forever" by the end of the match, so I know I've done it.
Also, when I got out of the match I had to close the game down because "O" wasn't working to back out of menus and the Archives symbol on the right wasn't there to go into it either. I went into store to see if it could change anything, but then I was stuck there. Only thing I could do was restart the game.
