Uncleansable Hex totem on Coldwind Part II

So, apparently it's easier to force people to shut their mouths by closing threads, instead of answering to a well-reasoned post with a reasonable claim and good arguments. However, as long as I am not breaking any rules of this forum, I'm not gonna be censored! And since this forum is called "general discussion", I reckon there are other topics that fall into that category, other than "Noed is mean vs. DS/BT is mean". My topic is of a general interest, therefore a general discussion and I don't want to get muted! I've seen pretty respectless posts about the MM system. This post here isn't respectless nor unreasonable. I just want an answer, or even better a reaction (deactivation of Coldwind).

So. In my last thread I said that if it was a gen that wasn't repairable - thereby decreasing the number of total gens - people would get crazy about it. However, I thought about it again and I think a totem that is not cleansable is even worse. If there's a gen you can't interact with, you at least have other options to try. It decreases your chances of fulfilling your ingame task, yes, and it's awful, but at least you have another option. Which isn't the case with the totem on Coldwind. If it turns into Ruin, Devour Hope... If the Doctor decides to run a Lullaby build... then you don't have the option of "just doing another totem" as it is with gens, or even with looping spots as a Killer, as someone mentioned in my last post. You just have to accept you cannot fulfill your task (cleanse totems), because the game simply doesn't let you... even though those Hex totems are at least so strong that they have been designed with the high risk high reward idea in mind. What do people need in order to realize how mad this is? A Rank 1 Spirit main running Devour Hope, spawning somewhere where you can't destroy it even though you've found it and willing to take the risk of dying in order to cleanse it to help your team? Well, ain't nothing gonna help your team now, because the game isn't gonna let you do something against Spirit farming her stacks. Or Noed.

I dont get it, last time I was active here, I discussed Noed with other Survivors and explained that imo Noed is a weak perk, because as long as you cleanse 5 totems it's a useless and wasted perk slot. Noed only punishes for not setting priorities straight. So many people in that thread were so angry about Noed... but a not-cleansable totem spot is okay and not a reason to urge devs to deactivate a map?!?! Don't people realize that Hex totems and Noed are designed as strong perks because a survivor has a chance to do sth against it? And that the moment there is a possibility of spawning on a map where you can't cleanse a totem, the game wants you to do sth that it doesn't let you do, even if you HAVE to? You don't have a choice, as it is with gens (which gen do we do now?), so if a gen is not-interactable you could at least move on to other gens. Or as killer with a survivor friendly god loop (which definitely should be fixed too, I agree!!), because you can at least decide to not commit to a chase there...

TL;DR: If the totem is a Hex totem, there is no other option, nothing you can try, even if the perk is designed in a way that it punishes you for not trying.

That's why I urge the dev team to deactivate the map until the problem is fixed! It's just a single map and no one has any disadvantages if it gets deactivated, but everyone has as long as this totem exists!

In my first paragraph I explain why I post it in General Discussions. It is a general discussion about the imbalance and NOT meant as a report!! There are so many posts in this forum discussing imbalances, and this one is nothing else. It's an opinion explained in the hope of having a general discussion about totems and their importance!

and in one sentence I explained that this is a bug, so it belongs in bug reports

But I am not reporting a bug. What a nice way to shut down any kind of discussion around this? I am discussing the results of the bug and the importance of totems in general because apparently people don't find them that important (as I said, if it was a gen, there were hundreds of posts like mine). It might be an explanation for why it isn't common for me to meet survivors who are willing to go look for totems generally.

I had a match on Coldwind with two uncleansable totems - two hay thrower/harvesters and each one had an uncleansable totem, one a dull and other Devour Hope. Feel like every map update causes uncleansable totems, even on maps that weren't the reworked map. They need to triple check the totem spawns before going live because they take waaay too long to fix uncleansable totems.
