Description of the issue: wraith visual speed when uncloaking increased and become completely visible when damaging a gen and destroying a pallet.
Step to reproduce (if possible) :
Go into a match as the wraith and uncloak and damage a gen/destroy a gen
How often does this occur: when ever you uncloak, damage a gen and destroying a pallet
0
