My Idea for a Clown Rework

So, this idea for a Clown rework was something I came up with before the Devs teased at it. Surprisingly, my idea was similar to the Devs in a way, since it involved giving Clown two bottles. Honestly, I am not a big fan of the current changes to Clown, and I feel my idea will make Clown way stronger without making him too oppressive. I know my idea isn't perfect, so let me know what you guys think.

New Ability, The Afterpiece Potion

  • You will have the option to equip the 4 Afterpiece Tonic bottles as usual or to switch to 3 Afterpiece Potions. This takes 2.5 seconds to switch between the two. One potion will take 3 seconds to consume and will grant The Clown massive buffs: Increased movement speed to 135%, increased pallet and generator kicking speeds of 25% (does not stack), and a reduced Terror Radius by 6 meters.
  • While the potion is active, The Clown can not consume any more potions and can no longer throw Afterpiece Tonic bottles.
  • The Afterpiece Potion will automatically end in 30 seconds, or when The Clown grabs, injures, or downs a Survivor. Additional Afterpiece Potions can not be consumed after a cooldown of 60 seconds. 
  • When The Clown wants to reload or when he runs out of potions, The Clown must reload them at Lab Tables (or whatever you want to call them) that are scattered around the map and highlighted with a white aura, similar to Plague's fountains. There are a total of 5 on the map. The reload time for the bottles vary depending on the amount being reloaded. One bottle will take 3 seconds to reload.
