A lot of the new animations are a direct downgrade to the old ones.
I'm not sure why they were changed when the new animations are often worse.
Animations that straight up got downgraded for no reason:
• Running while healthy
• Running while injured
• Walking while healthy (especially with fixated)
• Walking while injured (especially with fixated)
(These are the most important animations because you see them the most. It's very unfortunate that they look really weird and low quality now.)
Animations that were a good change:
• Getting up off the ground
• Transition animations
• Crouching animation
• Standing animation (though, a lot of people think it's creepy)
• More responsive head turning speeds
• Using flashlights while crouched
Animations that didn't improve but are different now:
• Crouch walking while healthy
• Crouch walking while injured
• Crouching while healthy
• Crouching while injured
• Anything else I didn't think of would likely go under this category
A lot of the old animations were perfectly fine. Just like what people suggest with the new UI, I think the best parts from both should be merged. At the very minimum. Remove the injured animations. They are mobile game quality trash now, it looks like you're trying to run with ######### in your pants.

The old running had long foot step

Are the tippy-tappy feet still present? (I really don't know what to call it). If that's gone I'll be sad.

You just slide along the ground now, it's absolutely gutting, scarier for the killer though lmao

Why they won't leave hud and other annoying changes to players to deside If they want to play with The old or The new style. IMO those are freaking ugly changes, and The in game HUD is so messy.
