Yes! We have Lisa and Loot Goblin Cybil, so for the love of god BHVR, get Konami on the phone and get Princess Heart in. I don't care if I have to pay the legendary skin price, this was my favourite outfit back in SH3!

I dont think konami even knows what the game is and just told BHVR they can have whatever. They've been extremely generous and allow you to change Cheryls in game outfit with a free sweater or tank tops from the game...tank tops she wore with jeans in the game. And her custom outfits that BHVR created are locked, same with PH.
I just don't see how this could possibly be Konami's fault (and they're normally very at fault!) Its BHVR being stupid. With the amount of freedom Konami has given im positive they could get this outfit but BHVR doesn't want it. Probably thinks "too silly" like JokeFace. Meanwhile; Nea

I mean, we have Clown dressing up as a giant Elephant, Legions walking around in a Robbie the Rabbit mascot outfit, we have a Krampus Trapper and Dwight put on a box for christmas, but I guess Princess Heart Heather/Cheryl is too far. Damn you BHVR. Your logic is too sound 😑

I suggested a Sailor Moon-esque style outfit for Feng ages ago. D: But this...this they might do. And I'd totally throw my money at it and main Cheryl instead of Felix.

Konami are usually really stingy with licensing and stuff like that so I just assumed they didn't include it with the contract
I'm gutted about all of the tank tops missing details including the different hair colours they came with, and the tattoos as well as the jeans!

Before they add another skin for Cheryl they should add Cheryl herself.
The face is not even similar.

I was hoping you could get the full god of thunder skin but it's merely the top and you can't even combine the jeans with it. Also Silent Hill movie pyramid head variation for Pyramid Head, the one with skirt made of skin.

I'm gutted we don't get a memory of alessa skin (it would have made a killer p3, or even a standalone set)

Oh yes! I totally forgot memiry of Alessa. Would be awesome legendary skin with the animated blood effect, though she might just look like a killer.

Still don't understand why her neck is so long. Really sticks out with the tank top skins.

But they have literally been THE most generous licenses. They allowed them to write lore post SH3, they gave her a sweater. For FREE, a sweater that can be worn with her default skirt and head, just like the tank tops. Her only outfit from the game is the only one that can be changed. Think about that, how would their contract permit changing her official outfits but not the ones that BHVR created? Or even better yet not allowing her official outfits to be worn as in the game but mixed with her skirt as is the case with the tank tops. And remember when Leatherfaces reskin came out and it was locked for no reason? That changed after a couple of days. No matter how you look at it the only way this is Konami's fault is if they were being absurdly specific only over things that they do not own

Yeah they've been semi-generous, but the tank tops, although in the original SH3 game (they also removed some really nice details from the tops), also had jeans and the God Of Thunder top had different coloured hair and tattooed arms, there are also so many outfits we could've possibly gotten in the last 3/4 years, but Konami wasn't feeling generous with numbers when the contract was made. Plus Konami are always weirdly specific, they may be one of the more generous licenses but that doesn't mean they aren't still stingy, just less so that Nightmare On Elm Street's holders and the like

No, BHVR choose not to make those outfits. You're telling me Konami said "go crazy, make any outfits you want. Of you want Lisa and Cheryl too? Go ahead. Oh but those tank tops, yeah just get real ######### lazy on them and make sure they ARENT like in the game."
I know for a fact that's true, i mean just look at Cheryl herself, Konami obviously doesn't care. Actually you know what I just remembered? We already know that Konami let them use ANYTHING they want because the devs said so when they explained why they picked a map from 1, killer from 2, and survivor from 3. I will be the first to say ######### Konami, but all this dumb ######### isn't Konami's fault they just want money its BHVR who also want money....for the least about of work.
Im also reminded that Konami is im fact not stingy with licensing as Pyramid Head has been whored out every which way, they also have no problem dishing out castlevania stuff. They're notoriously stupid but have absolutely no respect for their brands, pachinko machines not withstanding

Rework her face first and then give her more outfits,she looks like a junkie,buuut Cybil ans Quentin look like a goblin so,rework the faces of all the SH characters in dbd

Cheryl looks great she's DBDish and real Heather in game on SH3 kind of looks like a little sea horse.
