3 hackers in 2 days what is going on?

I have 1200 hours in the game, and I just have been seeing an increasingly large number of hackers recently, before that I've never seen a single one. The other night a jane was completely invincible when I was playing huntress, and on ptb a jake instant healing and auto completing gens, and tonight a dwight fly hacking, instant healing, instant blinding etc... What has caused this surge of hackers recently? Haven't seen a single one up until a few days ago.
