Dead Dawg Saloon Stairs Bug

Hello, i just played a game on Dead Dawg Saloon and found a Nea stucking in the Stairs, soon after a Adam got stuck there aswell. I could hit them down but not pick them up. But the other Survivers could heal them all the time. Nothing that we tryed helped them out of there. In the end they died to the Endgame collapse. First time ever i see someone stucking there.
