The Archive challenge "Agitated Advantage" is uncompletable.

"Agitated Advantage" is an Archive challenge from "Tome I - Awakening, Level 4," and it states the following:
"Hook 5 Survivor(s) in the basement while using the perk Agitation. (Complete this challenge in a single trial.)"
I have completed this challenge 3 times in a row using Leatherface with Agitation, (2 games with 5 hooks in the basement, 1 with 7 hooks), and yet the game doesn't consider the challenge to be complete every time.
