Why is the killer pov lower than their eyes ?

Like serriously it seems prety dumb that killer see somewhere from their chest instead of their eyes , its also weird that with a flashlight you have to aim at their neck and chest in order to blind them instead of their eyes .

    Uhhh

    1. You actually have to blind the killers eyes now, chest and neck does not work anymore
    2. Pyramid Head's pyramid would cover the screen, same with other killers masks and stuff

this has been a thing in game design for a long time now, not sure how it works but there is no doubt a reason for the perspective problems.

But play any first person online game and look directly at a fellow player and notice how it does not align with their eyes.

In case of Blight, where this issue is pretty extreme, they are working on a fix. But they need to rework every first person animation so it just takes some time.

The purpose of this is so that the arms will feel more natural. If the camera were at their head it would look like your arms are way too far below you in first person games
