So... lemme get this Straight.
If the one Rule on this forum is that you shouldn't Witch Hunt other players.. Cept the fact that i ran into 7-8 hackers in the last TWO days. And on stream aswel. but i highly doubt if i show the clips here that the Only person punishable is me....Glorious!
When can we expect the ban wave again... the onslaught of hackers is starting to get annoying now.. (And for those that are wondering. if you dc against them.. there's a chance that you'll get hit with a Infinite Dc penalty.. so that's also fun..)

If you have them on stream you need to send the video evidence to dbd support AND have reported them ingamr.

Quite frankly. I was the Survivor in a 3 man. when we had a solo survivor hacking... and i ran into atleast 7 of them while i was killer. this game is tryna tell me something here...

I did that. i sent a clip of the hackers In a report (Aswel with steam) and i dunno what's gunna happen at this point since well.. This is the same guy who apparently got banned 40+ times

Posting clips of hackers here won't get them ban. So it would be a waste of time if you did so.

I've seen less than maybe 3 hackers in almost 5 years. Those numbers make me quite skeptical.

It's just that we get a lot of players that aren't as familiar with the game coming onto the forums complaining of hackers when the person just doesn't understand certain skills/perks/addons, didn't realize they were used, or simply the killer just guessing luckily. This is more than often the case and is why people are more skeptical. I could be a little more reasonable if it was on other platforms than PC as I can't speak for those, however for PC I'm basing this low hacker rate on a pretty substantial sample size (larger than probably 99% of the player bases sample sizes), which is why I give it such credence.

Why would you even feel the need to show the videos here?
reporting them is doable from in game, directly after the match. If your claims where right and you attacked the videos then they will get banned.

use the report and ticket system not the forums for this! if you want anything to be done you have to submit your evidence and doing it on a forum does not always get it done. how ever submitting the tickets with the proof of hacking then it will be acted on without it you let them get away with it.

Good im surprised you didnt discredit me, I feel like a lot of people on this forum think I suck or am dumb. Well console dont have hackers as much as pc as rule of thumb kinda. If you somehow hack it you are gonzo. I NEVER faced a hacker before cosplay. Every hacker I seen or any killer who seemed really fast was crossplay. But one Cheryl picked herself up when the whole team was dead without any perk to pick herself up and one time a PH hacked to hit me on fun bus by making his potd activate faster and when he realized I slow vaulted crane to trick him he heard the grunt and sligshotted around at blood lust 3 even tho I broke chase and nhe only chased long enough for bl 1. But as soon as he caught up to me he slowed down to seem less suspicious. Also more on the point of console and pc. Pc is your own property you can change the settings and the icons all sorts of #########. You can get hack tools or whatever but because a console is monitored by the company closely since its for gaming and doesnt give you freedom like a pc when you hack or change ######### you normally cant its noticed almost instantly. I would be lying if i say what im saying is exactly the reason or that I am 100 percent knowledgeable its more of a guess that makes sense but the facts are hacking is just so hard to do. Consoles are like fortresses and. Pc are like houses. Outside hacks may be hard but if its your choice you can do it.

Then if they can keep making new accounts, it sounds more like a problem with the platform they play on rather than the game.

But we will not allow users to post evidence for such things here for good reasons: we don't want people to go out of their way to possibly harass others. Something might look one way, but it is not that way. Best thing to do is to report them the official ways. Posting it here won't make it quicker and also net you in a warning.
