After a hex totem is clensed, all known hexs are cleared from the survivor UI. The idea is that for killers running multi hex builds get a mild buff to there hex perks and the survivors will have no idea what got cleansed until they find out again. The most notable would be some sort of hex Undying combo. If you ran undying and 3+ stack devour, the hex icon would disappear and you wouldn't find out if devour got clensed until the killer hit someone again. This would work with any combination of hex perks. I think it would allow for some slightly more interesting interactions that wouldn't be too hard to implement
