A chase doesn't start in many situations where you are extremely close to the survivor, such as running around the Killer shack or in the attached video where I never am able to catch up with the survivor after looping endlessly because bloodlust never kicks in. Also, the survivor can then endlessly vault through windows at the Killer shack whent happens. This is such a huge disadvantage and only appears to happen with Twins.

    I have seen this multiple times now and it is more prevalent (but not exclusive) to when chasing a survivor with Victor latched.
