can't pick up survivor w/ victor latched at exit gates (video)

As mentioned before but here's video evidence -
About 1/5 times with a survivor latched w/ Victor at exit gates, the game will not present the Pick Up option, and after several seconds they escape. In the attached clip there was an added bonus of another slugged survivor being able to hatch out due to this bug.
