Open letter to the swf that bullied me...
A few night ago I was playing Clown so I could get my "chase survivors for 300 seconds" challenge done. I load into a game with a Saloon map offering (and I believe a hatch spawn offering as well), and figured someone wanted to just play that map.
Boy, was I wrong. I never realized how many double lockers, or lockers in places that are easy to miss, there are on Dead Dawg Saloon until this match. I was Head On'd (Head Oned? Headed On? Headed Onded?) so many times I was going crazy.
Having said that, that was one of the most fun games of DBD I've ever played. Nobody was toxic. Nobody was rude. Nobody flashlight spammed or teabagged. I did get a good bit of pressure going late (I think I had everybody two hooked), but couldn't get the job done. But every time I got hit with a Head On while going around I loop I had no idea even had a locker, I kinda laughed to myself and said, "these guys are probably laughing their asses off." And I honestly hope you were. Playing as an underpowered killer, expecting a loss but finishing my challenge, that was probably the best outcome I could have asked for.
So to the swf that just like to mess around and have fun, keep doing it. Keep hitting that Clown with Head On 50 times. Keep booping the snoot. Keep staring at the killer when you both know a hit should have connected but it didn't. Keep teabagging back and forth with Ghostface.
I'm not entirely sure why, but after a long while of not enjoying DBD when I played it, a game when I was hit with Head On over and over again by a polite swf is what made me realize once again why I love this game and have played it for thousands of hours. So if that swf is reading this post, thank you!
