I lose bloodpoints and shards when I log out

Whenever I log out I lose all my bloodpoints and shards, literally every single time.
I'm not sure if there is simply some kind of error with that version of the game but it's getting a little tiring.
Is there anything you can do about this, and is there any more information I need to give you?
