The option to sync my behavior account to my switch does not exist

I've been playing DBD on switch for months now and want to move over to PC without losing my progress. Every tutorial shows the option to sync your behavior account in the settings of the game on switch but I don't see that option. What should I do?

    Atm it is only for Steam and Stadia. We are told it's on the way for Switch but that's the third different thing they've told us about cross progression for switch so who knows when it'll release.
