Bug or hack? Also how to show devs video saved on ps5
I am currently in a game as doctor on dead dawg saloon and I caught a Nea on a gen. It took a few attempts as she started tapping it and the game kept taking the grab away but I got (un)lucky and grabbed her. Now I can't hook or drop her and she is healed to full on my shoulders not struggling and I am stuck in the map with her since I still can't hook her. All other survivors are dead. Also everytime I press to hook or drop it skips frames.
I have saved the clip on the PS5 but have no idea how to show the devs this.

could be a bug but I don't see why hacker would do that but you'd be surprised what they do

She just disconnected after 15 minutes of trying to hook her. Does that mean anything?

Upload the clip to YouTube, then share the youtube link of your video on the Bug Report section of the forum using the < > icon at the bottom of the post’s box.
Make sure to follow the instructions for how to properly post a Bug report.

I had a similiar problem seems the same? I grabbed someone and he was stuck on me, even with grabbing another who was also bugged I managed to drop him but until he DC'd there was nothing to do... I couldnt drop or hook but I could move and do everything else like normal, time ran out she still didnt die, she bled out 5min later even tho her timer was still stuck at half
How long was the game btw? mine was kinda long (cause they kept hiding until I found one and peacefuly shook my head and slowly moved away from gen like they're a wild animal xD)

The actual game was about 15 minutes, 30 if you include me trapped with only the survivor on my shoulder left. They disconnected and it allowed the match to end. It has not happened in any other game since then.

You won’t be able to send your clip from PS5 to the devs w/o going through YouTube.
Uploading vids from PS5 is basically the same as PS4
Make sure your YouTube account is linked to your PS5.
Here’s a video showing you how to upload your videos to YouTube from PS5 if you aren’t sure how to do that.
After it’s uploaded, just follow the procedures on the page from the link I sent earlier and you’ll be good.
