Claudette's "Official Botanist Apron" Bug

While wearing Claudette's "Official Botanist Apron" cosmetic, the white name tag card will sometimes experience a physics bug and jerk around. The most recent time that I've experienced this bug was on the Autohaven map, so I'm unsure if the bug is tied to the graphical update or not.
