Survivor stuck in the generator

I was doing a generator then a survivor healed me and the bug happened. I was stuck doing the generator even if it was already done. Then I was able to move my camera view like a (1st person player) leaving the survivor on the generator (like a soul leaving a person that can roam around). But the other survivors saw me just walking.
