New Killer Suggestion(Jack The Ripper)

Ok I know that a new killer will come out recently but this is for later because we probably don't need a new killer for like half a year and I'm new here so this will probably be buried but I think Jack The Ripper would be a cool killer to add because I would like to see a killer that's not just scary because of how they look also I would also love to see a killer with a 80s Victorian look maybe give him a cane like the huntress she hums a song when Jack comes near you can hear a can tapping on the ground and maybe that's him main weapon as well
