The items I collect do not appear in my menu after escaping from a game

Hello. Good night.
I am writing this message because I have a gambling problem, specifically after escaping as a survivor.
I use survivor Élodie Rakotto (she's my favorite), but recently I realized that the items I collect during the game are not saved (and I escape the game). This problem is very annoying to me, because I like to use the skills of collecting objects (Plunderer's Instinct and Appraisal). I hope they can give me a solution, since it is a problem that greatly affects my style of play.
I play on Xbox One, the Game Pass version.
