This game is almost 5 years old and still feels like and early access game. So much annoying bugs. The hitbox and the matchmakings are broken for years. Why u can't grow up the task and fix the real issues (not the animations and the HUDs are that).

Srsly the Cyberpunk 2077 is the ONLY game what's more buggier then urs, the ONLY. Why u let it down? What is this work?

yeah they need to improve QA and testing/bug fixing.

but they are not as bad. The game is perfectly playable in its current state. Last chapter was a disaster and they publicly apologized for it.

They are working on a new matchmaking system: MMR. It will probably be tested on live servers some time after next chapter release.

Hitbox problems are almost always actually lag problems, which got better with the server sided hit detection. But obviously not perfect. At least lagswitching killers are not a big problem anymore.

After watching a recent video I can't help but agree and come to the conclusion that they are just lazy af. I was spending oodles of money on this hame but not anymore they need to wake up and join the capitalism

Imagine if the COD would have such big hitbox issues, or CSGO or any fps game, it'd be completely unplayable. The netcode is killer biased they admit it. The MMR is a good project but after 4 yrs?? The hitbox is a lag problem i know. I'm a game programmer and i know how to deal with the lags (interpolate the motion data or syncronize it with server) why they don't know it after so many yrs? The Hit validation is cool but it's not in the release version i think.

I hope the best as always but they need to do something with the testing.

I think Server sided hit validation over killer sided actually is active on live version. And I don’t experience as much problems with it as I used to..

I've played two matches today. The dead hard regularly not worked, the exhausted icon poped up but i went down. After that I got the smack on my back after i vaulted the window and taken 2 more steps away. I said OKAYY!! :D And it's regular as well. I hope it's not active, if it's active than we well... it's sad.

Why won't they do more hotfixes instead of waiting months for chapter and midchapter patches?

That's right, they wanted version sync between all platforms. 🤮

they probably still work on Hit validation in the background

so if you got direct feedback for it you can post here, I guess that is currently the best way to get the feedback to the devs:

Game development is not just press "e" to fix. They do not have the time or the resources to constantly test, test, test. That's why they have PTBs; so they can crowdsource that project.

Developing a game is complex. One line of code gone awry can cause Myers to become invisible and make hag run at 69% speed. They simply cannot catch every bug and then subsequently identify the exact feature that's causing it, not to mention remedying it without causing more bugs. It's imperious and a bit entitled to proclaim that they have the obligation to pour all of those resources into those.

Despite what many caterwauling critics have to say, hitboxes have gotten better. Hit validation, although not perfect, penalizes players with bad interest. Besides that, hitboxes are complex to model and can throw the game off of balance if the most incremental changes go awry. As for matchmaking, that's what they meant by MMR. There is simply no metric or way to determine the skill of players via an algorithm, so they try the best they can. If your teammates are mental asylum escapees and 3 month old unborn fetuses, that's unfortunate, just try again.

Yes, there are blatantly obvious bugs that exist which I wish would be fixed. But it's not my 401(k) on the line and is no license to start getting imperious.

TL;DR, game making is more complicated and laborious than that. BHVR is a relatively small company and fixing a game is simpler than pressing "e." Stop whining and deal with it.
