PC - Crash after Flashlight Exploit

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Playing as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, played normally then got stunned at a pallet
Step 4 : Survivor with flashlight spam macro proceeds to use it infront of me
Step 5: Game crashes shortly after that
