Operation Dumbhook
Am I actually observing an upswing among survivors performing the most ill-advised and pointless unhooks, the primary result of which is ensuring someone's swift death? I comprehend that practice is necessary to improve a skill, and I embrace the concept that escape is not an absolute necessity for a trial to be a "success," but the prevalence with which at least two, random team-mates are downed and hooked within the first 30 seconds to a minute has seemed to sky-rocket, as well as the completely absurd unhooks by people who 1) don't have BT and 2) apparently wouldn't take a safety hit even if they did. Up until now, I had thought the ludicrous match-making, toxicity, and exploits were going to cause my departure. Now, it seems like it's more the rampant incompetence or collaboration of random team-mates, whose ranks would seem to indicate they should know better.
