end game screen with nurse fatigue overlay around edges

to recreate:

  1. play a match as nurse
  2. get to the end of the game
  3. right before the last escape/sacrifice blink the second before you would get put into the endgame screen
  4. you will permanently see the fatigue overlay around the edge of your screen, until you exit the menu with continue or upgrade
