PC - Elodie not screaming

While using Iron Maiden, Elodie makes no sound when she is supposed to scream. This happens even if she is not running Calm Spirit. I've also seen it menitioned that the same happens with the Doctor's shock attacks but I can't confirm this.
Map: Multiple.
Killers played: Multiple.
Frequency: Every match with an Elodie.
Perks: The survivors and I have used a variety of loadouts, but the most recent was running Lithe, Iron Will, BT and Unbreakable while I was Wraith with Iron Maiden, BBQ, Whispers and Deerstalker.
