Lol self harm. Botany knowledge is good to pair with self care. Sprint burst is good but situational as when you run you use it and if you already used it and the killer comes you can't use it. Adrenaline really comes in clutch during end game if you make it that far. Iron will is good to be sneaky but even with iron will you still leave blood. Calm spirit is good but you can also crouch around crows to make them not move. Calm spirit also makes you not scream so if its a doctor is good. If you're solo que I would say bond and empathy are good.

If you're new player, I would suggest Self Care, I know that there is a lot of hate when it comes to Self Care in Red Ranks, but in low ranks I think it's really good, because literally nobody knows what they're doing, so having the option to heal yourself is pretty good, even if it takes ages.
And since you're probably playing Claudette with Self Care, you could slap some Bottany Knowledge aswell to make it better.

Honestly, not on the list but I say Kindred. Reason being, they can see their teammates when someone is hooked as well as the killer if they’re near the hook, so it will help them in terms of where they need to be. It helped me when I first started because if I saw my teammate running for the hook, I’d stay on my gen. a lot of the time, new players don’t do gens because they don’t know where everyone is, including the killer.
