Apex Muffler bugged

Description: I just had a game against a Hillbilly with Apex Muffler, the chainsaw was silent the whole game even when hearing his Terrorradius. He also didn't have any Perks to hide his Terrorradius.
How often does this occur: First time this happened to me.

This actually just happened to me as well. Played the entire game where I only heard the chainsaw in the first minute of the game. Afterward, everyone else in the lobby who could chat said they couldn't hear the chainsaw either.
