Shards and Bloodpoints Reset to 0 Every Log out

When playing on the XBOX PC Gamepass version, every time I close the game and reopen it my shards and blood points are reset to zero. It happens every time. Rank and bloodwebs are saved correctly, but all currency is lost.
I don't have this problem playing on Steam or Playstation. None of those copies are linked, just have 3 separate copies to play with different friends.
Any ideas?
