Low graphics setting on Console?

PC players can change their graphics to low to make the game brighter, which gives them an advantage. Can console players do this too? We’re locked to ultra high settings which makes the game really dark. It’s hard to see anything so I hope this happens soon. I’m excited about the colorblind options soon though.
