The toxic killer is now in your team as survivor, what do you do?
So you faced a killer that just facecamped/tunneled you until dead, perhaps also said nasty things to you afterwards. Now you go to another game and now in lobby you see that same player now as survivor. Do you lobby dodge, just play normal, go to him in game pointing at him for a while? What do you do? And have this ever happened to you?

I've had it happen plenty of times. Just play the game as normal. It's just a game. If you want to win you just play to win. You can't drag on grudges forever in a video game where there's going to be times where you see the same people on both sides.

I either dodge the lobby or don't unhook that person

I'll play as normal and if you get hooked I'll still save you if it's safe and collect my points from you. But I'm not sticking my neck out on the line for you so if you get camped, tunnelled or running to an open exit and needing someone to bodyblock don't look to me to help because you're on your own.

Play normal, leave them for dead at the endgame if possible. There was a SWF I always hated playing against and would mori them every game over the course of months (this is pre cross play) and ended up on their team at one point.
It was a pretty solid match, but at the end I keyed out and tried to get one guy killed. But they were very solid legacy players and the guy looped the Billy all the way across the entire map to the exit gate.
Some of my most exciting games were playing with people I hated. There was one guy I didn’t like for a reason I can’t remember (this was like 3 years ago) and we ended up on the same team.
I started the game off doing a gen with him and blowing it up to get the killer to come over. Then we both tried to sandbag each other at a pallet as he chased us. It was a Freddy with dying light and a mori and I was the obsession and he went for me, but ended up DCing because it was old Freddy and back then the game was pallet town so he got schooled.

They can sit on hook for all I care.

Dodge if only I suspect or have witnessed him to sabo the team. Shouldn't just dodged if they weren't obnoxiously toxic though they may surprise you with better team play than you've been seeing because of their tortuous time as killer.

I don't care about that enough to remember names but you know what happens at red ranks? You start finding people from the forums, that's when it gets fun

I just play normal because I don't care enough to remember anyone's name and even if I did, they may have been having a bad day and used Dbd to vent.
But if they play as a toxic survivor and farm me off hook or constantly lead the killer to me, you better hope Plunderers doesn't give me a key cause I'm bailing as soon as the hatch appears.

Maybe they will be toxic towards the killer this round.

Sounds like the usual solo queue.
So i just play normal.

Unhook-spam until the last second and then farm them off lol

I'll step a tad bit outside of the question and tell you what it feels like to be the killer who gets into a game with a person you slaughtered the previous game.
This Kate with a key took me to Haddonfield & had balanced landing, yadda yadda yadda. Needless to say, I tunneled her out of the game because of the key & still feel no regrets.
After the game, I get a voice message telling me to kill myself & something about how she hopes my family dies. I'm taken aback because I never get voice messages but ended up just laughing it off because I must've really pushed some buttons lol
I decide to switch to survivor, and guess who's in my lobby? The same Kate. This time she has a flashlight and clicks the killer the entire game despite dropping like a fly and ending up dying first.
It was honestly quite funny, but sad the more I thought about it. That Kate tried so hard to make people feel miserable and failed endlessly.

It seems like it would be counterproductive to you to do anything other thank play the game to your best ability.
