PC players exploiting bug

In the last week I have encountered many players exploiting a clear bug. Survivors who have the UNBREAKABLE perk can recover from the dying state more than once. and within a few seconds. Some players can also recovered to full health in a few seconds if they have a partially charged med kit. High rank players are using this exploit to cheat.
