Hellsing (anime) Killer: Alucard

Survivor would be: Integra Hellsing

Mori: The dog-like bloody shadow grows from Alucard to under the survivor and eats them whole. Or Alucard pulls out his dual pistols shooting the survivor and they become ash and gets blown away by the “wind” (as if Alucard just exercised a vampire). (either one would leave no corpse.)
Weapon: Maleeing with a gun he never uses would be dumb, so I guess he would use a sword like he had in the past

Power: Blood Pact
Souls of Many:
By pressing the power button, Alucard can activate his power causing him to dash a short distance and leaving a copy at his starting position (not dashing through walls). During the power, Alucard can press the power button again to switch places with the copy. (He can replace himself any number of times during the power duration.)
- The copy can only be passed through by Alucard.
- The copy has a terror radius of 8 meters and a red stain.
- Power has a duration of around 10 to 20 seconds (cannot be ended early except by picking up a survivor. Remove the copy at power end)
Creeping Blood:
Alucard can press control to melt into a bloody shadow onto a wall.
- When he becomes a shadow, he becomes undetectable until no longer a shadow.
- Moves at 110% (4.4 m/s) while on a wall.
- While on a wall, Alucard can press E (default button for dead hard) to switch between first person view or third person view facing the wall Alucard is on. (this is so you can see where you are going while a shadow.)
- While in first person view, Alucard can hold M1 to charge up a pounce to attack out of the wall. (Like Demagorgans charge Pounce.)
Alucard’s perks Destroy Morale, Blood Altar, and Power of Devotion reward continuously being aggressive and thus preventing survivors from completing objectives.

Perks:
Destroy Morale:
You like to show off your overpowering abilities, but hate it when it causes your prey to beg for mercy.
When a Survivor is hooked, Destroy Morale activates for 30 seconds or until that survivor is unhooked. (active on death hook and would always last 30 seconds for these.)
While Destroy Morale is active:
- Good Skill Checks while repairing Generators result in 3/4/5% regression on the Generator. (old ruins numbers.)
- Survivors suffer from the Impaired Status effect.
- Impaired survivors have a 10 % greater chance of triggering Skill Checks when repairing, healing, or sabotaging and gain no progress from any great skill checks.
- Unnerving presence would give Impaired instead of spelled out increased skill check chance, so the two perks don't stack. (would be a slight buff to unnerving presence since impaired would add no extra progress from great skill checks.)
- Spin chill remains unchanged because unnerving presence and spin chill currently stack and I see no reason to change that.
Blood Altar:
Your old days of collecting blood have made you adept at their uses.
- For each Dull Totem and Hex Totem remaining on the Map gain a Token.
- Faster Entity progression by 1% for each Token.
- While you are at least 32/28/24 meters away from each hooked survivor, Increase out of Chase movespeed by 4%.
- Whenever you sacrifice a survivor, place a dull totem at the base of the hook.
Showing Loyalty:
You are used to being forced to fight against your own kind, so you're ready to fight against your old master.
- For each Dull Totem and Hex Totem remaining on the Map gain a Token.
- Your Lunge range is Increased by 3% for each Token.
- Increase your rate to gain blood lust by 15/20/25% while chasing the obsession.

Ending Thoughts: I think there should be a Vampire Killer and I think Alucard from Hellsing would be the coolest option. Alucard in Hellsing would be a little weird as a killer due to being one of the protagonists, but considering how much killing he did in the past and his sadistic side making him killer is fine.
Thoughts on Power: Neither half of the power is strong enough to be the sole killer power, but I think they are both interesting and thematically work with Alucard. I think that Creeping Blood could make for a fun jump scare ability and would make it interesting to force survivors to check walls to combat Alucard.
