Bugged into stairs on Disturbed Ward

Issue: Bugged into stairs after waking up somebody on the stairs
(also can't move out or be hit have to wait for egc to end game)
Reproduce: (unsure if possible to reproduce can't test it myself)
Go to stairs next to green dome thingy in Asylum
Go to first few steps from bottom
Wake up other survivor on stairs
Merge into stairs
Profit.

Seen it happen this once.
